By design, COSM is strong on engineering talent, every employee understands that the first priority for everything we do is technical excellence. Nothing leaves the prototype stage until it has been rigorously tested, reviewed, and agreed upon by the stakeholders.
And while engineering comes first, COSM is well versed in manufacturing, technical customer support, and in working with our customers to develop applications that meet their specific needs.

Our ideals are borne from experience; COSM’s technical leaders have an average of 35+ years in the fields and over 70 patents. While staying abreast with (and often leading) the state of the art, we believe there is no substitute for hard earned wisdom.
Through our growth together across several successful start-ups, and through our relationships with private and public organizations, we have constantly looked for systems, techniques, and approaches that work. Being able to know what has substance vs what’s simply the “flavor of the month” takes time.
